What is ATS, and will my CV get through?
ATS are the systems many employers use to sort applications before anyone reads them. Our templates are made so that these systems read your CV correctly, and the ATS score shows which keywords from the ad you are missing.
Will Selja make up experience I don't have?
No. Selja only uses what you have entered yourself, and writes it more clearly and to the point. You review it and can change everything before you send it.
Can I apply in English or Norwegian?
Yes. Your CV and cover letter follow the language of the job ad, so an English ad gives you English documents and a Norwegian ad gives you Norwegian ones. You can also switch the language of your CV yourself.
What happens to my data?
Your CVs and cover letters are stored on servers in the EU, and you can download or delete them whenever you want.
Can I cancel any time?
